In the US App Store, Basic is $7.99/month or $79.99/year, and Premium is $11.99/month or $119/year. One subscription covers your CoFam family across both homes. Your local price and any eligible offer are shown before purchase. See the Pricing page for plan details.
No. Your invited co-parent is included in the family plan and does not need a second subscription. Each member has access to the features included in that plan, according to their role.
Eligible families can start a one-time, 30-day Premium trial without a payment card. This in-app trial ends without automatically starting a paid subscription. Separately, eligible App Store subscribers may receive a one-month introductory trial that converts to the selected paid plan unless canceled. Check the app and Apple purchase screen for the offers available to you.
The parent who subscribed manages the plan through their own Apple account. On iPhone or iPad, open the device Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and CoFam. Deleting your CoFam account or the app does not cancel an App Store subscription. The no-card in-app trial does not need cancellation.
Premium includes calendar subscription feeds that work with compatible apps such as Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook. Add the feed link in that app to view your CoFam schedule. Make changes in CoFam; your calendar app decides when to refresh. Keep feed links private, because anyone with a link can read that feed. On iPhone or iPad, open Calendar, choose Calendars, then Add Calendar and Add Subscription Calendar. Paste the CoFam feed link and follow the prompts.

You can enter a repeating schedule and handoff times during setup, then add the dates and changes your family needs. Review the calendar together after entering it.
The For Professionals pages explain the family app and ways parents can use it. Email help@getcofam.com with questions about your practice. Parents choose who to invite to their family and which role each person has.
Open Settings in CoFam, then tap Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. For help with a deletion request, email help@getcofam.com from your account address. If another family member who has joined remains, shared family records remain available to that family. If you are the last member who has joined, deletion also removes the family and its data. Our Privacy policy explains this in more detail. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
